How prospects.fyi works

1. 1Your five arrive every weekday at 7:30. Press Bring these into prospects.fyi, then Save, and they’re on your list.
2. 2Mark each one: Good fit, Not a fit, or Another rep when a colleague already works it. Tomorrow’s five lean toward what you mark.
3. 3Current leads is everything you’ve saved: search it, sort it into lead groups, and see it on the map. Press a company’s name to open it.
4. 4Find more prospects gets you five more now with credits, or free in your own Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot. Your daily drop target sits under it.
5. 5Research one company writes a briefing before a call. My campaigns keeps your five-email campaigns, ready to send from your own email.

ChatGPT and Claude

1. 1Press Open in ChatGPT (or Find 5 in ChatGPT). It opens with the prompt already in the box. Press send.
2. 2Give it a minute or two: it searches and checks each company first. While it works, the send button is a stop button.
3. 3When the stop button turns back into the arrow, it’s finished. Scroll to the very end of the answer.
4. 4Press the blue link, Bring these back to prospects.fyi. Everything it found lands on your leads, and drops out of your next search.
5. 5Link won’t open? Copy the whole answer and paste it at the address on the line under the link. Claude works the same way.

Copilot

1. 1Press Open in Copilot (or Find 5 in Copilot). We copy the prompt and open your work Copilot, and a box opens here for the answer.
2. 2In Copilot, click in its box and paste: Ctrl+V on Windows, ⌘V on a Mac. Send it, and wait for the stop button to turn back into the arrow.
3. 3Press the link at the very end of the answer, Bring these back to prospects.fyi.
4. 4If your work account took the link out, or it won’t open, press the copy button under the answer, paste it into the Copilot box here, and press Bring it in.

Check what came back

1. 1Box by box, at the top of the save page, shows how many rows came back with each box filled in.
2. 2A box that looks out of place, like a website where a name should be, is named with its row, so you can check it before you call.
3. 3Ask again for the empty boxes: untick any you don’t need, then open it in ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. It sends those companies back with what you already have and asks only for what’s missing. A box it still can’t find keeps what you have.

1. 1Press Open in Gemini. We copy the prompt for you and open Gemini, and a box opens here for the answer.
2. 2In Gemini, click in its box and paste: ⌘V on a Mac, Ctrl+V on Windows. Send it and let it finish.
3. 3Don’t press Gemini’s link: it opens a Google search. Press the copy button under its answer instead.
4. 4Back here, paste it into the Gemini box and press Bring it in. Anything that didn’t read cleanly is shown, so you can fix it.

What comes back

• Up to five people who’d buy from you, with their titles and their part in the decision
• Their email, marked published, or likely from the company’s email format
• A phone number when one is available, marked direct or main
• Their LinkedIn profile, so you can connect
• Whether the company is still in business, where else it operates and who owns it, and for freight, whether it runs its own trucks

Two ways to run it

1. 1Open a company in Current leads and press Enrich.
2. 2Find them for me uses 6 credits and runs while you keep working. It only counts when it finds three people or more; fewer costs nothing.
3. 3Or run it free in your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, and bring it back with the link (or the paste, for Gemini).
